Kathryn Gray

Motivated by the desire to make people feel beautiful, I pursued my career while in high school, I entered Aveda Fredric’s Institute, upon graduation. I embraced my education and took every opportunity to enhance my knowledge from fashion shows to editorial work, all while maintaining perfect attendance, and excelling to the top of my class, graduating with a Manager’s license. I continued my work within the Aveda Network, first by starting my career in a salon. Hard work and excellent performance elevated me to the second highest producer and an in-salon trainer.While being asked to teach classes at Regency Campus, I soon became very interested in education, the passion to educate and lead inspired me to go back to Aveda Fredric’s Institute.After the Institute, I have found my true passion back behind the chair, creating beauty, which lead me to my dream of opening Kathryn & Co.
