The beauty professionals who comprise the Salon Concepts family are unique in their own way, each with a different story. Today, we open the doors at our Crescent Springs salon suite store to introduce you to two individuals living the suite life on their terms.
Stephanie Meadows
Salon Concepts Crescent Springs
Stephanie resides in nearby Independence with her husband and two children, Savannah and Maverick. Prior to her arrival at Salon Concepts, Stephanie built her clientele by working as a commission stylist for 3 years.
“Then, I decided to take the leap of faith for my family. Having the opportunity to make my own schedule around my family’s needs was a huge blessing Salon Concepts offered,” said Stephanie.
“I love that everyone’s salon suite life is unique to them. Their personality shines in how they choose to decorate their suite,” Stephanie added.
When she’s not at Salon Concepts or running to soccer games or swim meets, Stephanie is busy running her other two businesses.
“I have a huge passion for making others feel great about themselves whether it’s their hair, their image or their health. It’s finding beauty in the little things.”
Terri Kramer
Salon Concepts Crescent Springs
Terri Kramer opened a salon with her mother in 1991. After her mother passed in 2014 it wasn’t the same anymore, and soon after, Terri knew it was time for a change.
“I had no idea until I walked in and met Clara, and saw the set up, that Salon Concepts would be just what I needed,” said Terri. “I couldn’t start soon enough and I never looked back with regret once I made my suite my own.”
“Salon Concepts has given me back that feeling of being part of the growing salon industry again. It rejuvenated me. All the people I have met, the things I have learned from the “younger” generation of stylists I work with has been awesome,” added Terri.
It’s the close connection with other beauty professionals that enhanced Terri’s suite life experience. “Other stylists are always willing to answer any questions, and assist in anyway possible. So I have the best of both worlds at Salon Concepts. I still own my salon, yet I have a huge family to ask advice, chat and socialize with. It has been a great experience.”
