Jazmine Rogers
Salon Concepts Richfield
Jazmine joined Salon Concepts for the pleasant atmosphere. “Lisa (Jorgensen) made me feel real comfortable and the way she spoke to me it was as if we already knew each other.”

In her previous salon experiences Jazmine felt overworked and underappreciated and would often dread going to work. “What I love best about living the suite life is that I have control of everything. I get to work as often as I please without being micromanaged.”

Prior to joining Salon Concepts over 10 years ago, Shannon spent 3 decades in traditional salons as an assistant, manager and owner.
“Being a previous salon owner, the thought that I could run my business the way I envisioned is what attracted me to the Salon Concepts way of life. What has kept me a part of the Salon Concepts family is the way they take care of my surroundings and the compassion they have for me personally.”
As one of the highest-rated hair extension specialists in Ohio, Shannon has seen her business grow exponentially during her time at Salon Concepts. “When I started 10 and half years ago the amount of business I did in a week is now what I can do in one day.”
