The beauty professionals who comprise the Salon Concepts family are unique in their own way, each with a different story. Today, we open the doors at our Eden Prairie and Anderson salon suite locations to introduce you to two individuals living the suite life on their terms.
Sarah Johnson
Salon Concepts Eden Prairie
Sarah entered the Suite Life in 2020, initially sharing a salon suite with a stylist friend. Within a year they were both so busy they needed individual stylist suites. “I’ve been in my own suite for only a few months and I can’t believe how much my business has grown in this short time. Salon Concept’s Build My Book platform has generated over 50 new clients for my business!”
Sarah has been in the salon industry for 20 years. She worked in Southern California for 8 of those years and has been an apprentice, commission stylist, chair rental stylist, and manager during her career.
“I love the Suite Life because I get to carry the products I believe in. This has been a game changer for my business. My passion is plant-based products. I love educating my clients on all the benefits these products offer.”

Micah Brondhaver,
Salon Concepts Anderson
Micah has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 9 years and living the suite life at Salon Concepts for the past 3 years.
“I was drawn to Salon Concepts after the salon I was working at closed. I knew I was ready to take my business to the next level and become my own boss, and Salon Concepts gave me that opportunity.”
Like Sarah, Micah is a disciple of the Build My Book program for business growth. “Build My Book has catapulted me from 40 clients when I first started at Salon Concepts to over 340 now!”
While Micah performs a mix of color, cutting and styling services, color is her specialty. “Cosmetology is truly my passion and making people look as good as they feel is my favorite part of what I do!”
When not living the salon suite life at Salon Concepts Anderson, Micah loves to be outdoors enjoying hiking and nature.
