CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW:

A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. 

If cancelling within the 24 hour window of your appointment, a 50% fee of scheduled services is required to be paid prior to rebooking.

If you no show your appointment, a 100% fee of the scheduled service is require to be paid prior to rebooking. 

!! REPEAT OFFENDERS:

If you consistently cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointments, after the third time, you will only be able to make appointments on a day-of basis. If there are no appointments available that day, you will be placed on the cancellation waiting list.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and notify other clients on a cancellation waiting list. Those clients and myself will miss the opportunity to receive services, and I miss the opportunity to fill the appointment.

Since the services are reserved, a cancellation fee will apply.

Although I wish I did not have to do this, my income depends on you. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business.
